Finally got to take inventory:

Two books on whitetails
Scent free bag
Two neat little zipper bags..one with trail tacks, the other with waterproof fletch powder
A nice arm guard
Bleat call
One 54" Dacron string that I actually needed

Thanks David Bentley from New York!

I forgot to add the monster stainless blunt tips he sent.

I received my package from the plodding pachaderm on Monday from Garrett. Thank you for the goodies Garrett.

For those of you still waiting for that elephant to show, be patient, this picture shows her trail out of Northern Michigan where we got 6 more inches of snow last week. It appears as though her path took her past our bird feeder where we serve up a suet mixture that includes peanuts.  She polished that off and her tracks are heading east/southeast.

Perhaps in the future we all need to set out some peanuts on the front porch similar to cookies and milk for Santa?

Ray that straight razor is so cool!

If I had the nerve I'd buy one and learn to use it, as it is I can cut myself with a safety razor...lol

I have seen some really cool stuff that's been received.

Great job everyone!

God bless,Mudd

Got a Priority Mail box from Izzy with some nice "goodies" in it:

Enclosed were a hunting DVD, a Smith carbide sharpener, and assortment of Maxi-fletch feathers, a firearm safety lock (can't be too careful!), and several items I'll be trying out in a long-neglected hobby.  There is a folding filet knife and several packs of plastic baits for when bowfishing has ended and hunting season has not yet begun!

When I PMed Izzy to thank him, I told him that this White Elephant exchange brought back feelings of Christmases long ago.  I hoped, hoped, HOPED my simple gifts to Tom P would bring him a little enjoyment, but also hoped and wondered about what might be coming to MY mailbox.  Haven't had that feeling for a long time. Maybe I'm not all grown up and "hopeless", after all!...

So... thanks Izzy, thanks Mudd for getting the ball rolling, and thanks to everyone for making this a lot of fun.

Well I hit the motherload. Thanks Todd Alexander
He sent me a very nice quality camo cap that i can really use. 2 packs of Judos. Just went stumping this morning and was thinking I needed to make up some more. 1 Howard Hill Arm guard. a broadhead wrench and point alignment checker. 1 Bow stringer. 1 longbow string holder. 6 wasp broadheads. 1 homemade jar of apple butter which is now presently a half jar       :goldtooth:      . 1 case for keeping my arrow making parts organized.

And for the finale, a sweet custom made elk horn
8" Anza Knife

Thanks so much Todd

Got some great stuff from Canadabowyer Rob Zang. Love the Ace and I have really been contemplating a tab and a Rada wheel. The wax, silencers and nabbers will all get put to use. Its like you read my mind. Thanks so much and I do plan to hunt those aces this year.

Izzy if you like to shoot tabs, you're going to love that Wildlife Artistry ring tab.

Scott Teaschner (a sponsor here) did a great job building those.

I talked with Scott the other day and told him when he got more good quality cordovan I wanted 6 of them set aside for me.

Yes, I am a "hoarder" of things traditional archery.

Bob did good for you!!
