I do not notice the carbon sound With this bow.  I do seem to notice it more on a foam core limb.  But none noted with this bow.   It is silent!

i had a dark matter and was very impressed with the bow.  i just wanted a more traditional wood look.....this changes everything.  I didnt know that was an option.  Add another bow to the bucket list.

I to like the wood look,  That is what is so great about Jim he will do his best to give you exactly what you are looking for.  Never hurts to ask as I did not see it as an option either. Best of both worlds mass and look.

A beautiful bow!!  Thanks for the report.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

I shot it. I would actually like the bow best for me at about 53lbs. The grip is super awesome!!!!! It will sling an arrow too. I want one just because of the service and pics provided by Jim.

tough call on the skins, I went with cottonmouth on mine, but my bacote is quite abit darker than yours, I'd be tempted to lighten the carbon up and go with the timbers on yours.
