I would be willing to give it a shot.  I have seen your numbers and bows and wouldn't mind seen how my static stacks up.
Thanks

The thing I like about these statics that are most seem to be a all wood/glass limb which saves big $$$$ verse $200-300 upgrade for double/triple carbon foam limbs. All super curves I have seen are all carbon with either foam/wood core to get the torsional stability needed so the don't do the flop on you. Looks like there are going to be some more bowyers interested in this testing and I think in the end all will gain from the experience in a positive way.

I am starting to offer the statics now after a year or so of RD with them.  They are a bit to build but now have them where I like the way they shoot.  They are smooth and fast w/ no hand shock as everyone has been stating.  They have a great cast to them and similiar to the longbow style limbs that I offer.  They fit my longbow risers so that you have options of either sets of limbs or both in one bow.

Ok, I have heard  that the static limbs basically do not unfold when they are drawn back. I have a Horne recurve and I believe they are considered a semi-static limb tip. Someone shared with me they unfolded kind of odd when the bow was drawn back. Can someone explain a semi & full static recurve and the advantages of each?

My nephew brought me an old PSE and asked what i could do about putting some RC limbs on it. So i thought I'd give it a try here... i had a pair of prototype limbs for my new static tip i bolted on there for him.....Hey! the dad burn thing shoots pretty decent too.  :D

She came out 66" length 47@28" and draws like butter to 31"  :D

Micheal works at a place that does laser cutting and made a lettering template for the limbs i tried out too...

A semi static recurve limb holds it's shape in the recurve portion of the limb until the tail end of the draw, then opens up slightly... Some of them open up a little bit at a time through the course of the whole draw cycle....

A true static tip RC holds the shape of the recurve tip all the way through the draw cycle..... This provides more leverage, a better looking DFC chart, and better string angle, and.... It stores most of the energy in a shorter portion of the limbs over all length.

The static tip limbs are typically quieter than a standard RC because the string rolls back up on the hook without string slap commonly associated with a working recurve limb....a bit more preload at brace has a bit to do with that too.

I need to get some high speed video taken on  these new SS limbs.

I would be very interested in some feed back myself on the advantages of a semi static tip RC, over a static tip limb....i couldn't give you one myself....

I tried a buddies bow with the Border Hex 6's and they were just amazing. I wanted to stay in USA so I ordered a set of Bob Morrisons Max limbs last week and just got a call they will be done on Saturday. You can't beat that for a quick turn around
