advice needed on ce thunderstorms

im going to be trying some thunderstorms out of my treadway longbow...ce says these spine at .499...will these fly ok if im pulling 40-45#s with fast flight string, im leaving them full length at 29"..if youve had experince with these let me know... i want to stay with a standard 125 grain tip..steve

It will be close...you may have to use a heavier point.

They bareshaft perfect out of my 46# Bob Lee and a 47# Sky recurve with 125gr tips but they were stiff out of my Hoyt GM even with 145 gr points.

They are good shafts...pretty good weight and small diameter ought to make them really good hunting shafts.
