...and it says Centaur all over it.

All I can say is WOW. The bow is beautiful. My poor attempts at picture taking do not do this bow justice. I wanted a nice working bow with a little flash to it. It is a work of art. The Dark Matter definitely adds weight to the bow. The olive ash melding into the dark Matter just looks cool. I like it. I tried to feel a seam where the two halves join. Nada. Nothing. If it wasn't for the screws, I'd think this was a one piece bow. I took a few shots with it but the wind has just been terrible here so I am looking forward to doing some serious tuning.

This bow is 58" 49@28 Chimera so it has one layer of carbon. I also ordered the XTL lam. Dark Matter because of the two piece requirement and Olive ash on the belly. I agonized over spending the money on this bow. Now that I have it in hand, it was worth every dime. I love it. Jim makes one hell of a bow. I called him earlier and told him as much.
