kanati draw lenght ?
« on: April 16, 2013, 01:15:00 PM »
Anybody draw a 58" to 30" ?  If so what's your take on the characteristics of the bow at this length?  Thanks in advance for your input. I have one for sale and another member asked me this question.  Fingered here is my best resource.

Haven't done 30", but do 29". Some finger pinch there but not too bad. I didn't notice any stacking. I suspect you'd want to go up to a 60" at 30", but their release may be better than mine...

I draw 30" and have had a 56", a couple of 58"s and more than a few 60"s. Jason built me a really nice 60" last summer with bamboo lams. I was going to have him build it with brown glass but I really like the look of the Bamboo bows and he had one more set of lams left so at the last minute Bamboo with a Rosewood riser it was. It turned out great. I prefer the 60" bows at 30".
