My First Robin Hood
« on: August 27, 2007, 09:54:00 PM »
My First Robin Hood arrow with the help of Rod Jenkins.... A few lessons have made a difference in my shooting and a lot of pain in a muscle in my back that I didn't know I had...LOL

We were honored that Rod had come up and spent  the weekend with us. Rod had placed 1st in the men's division and our daughter Emily 1st in the Junior Division at the WTA State Shoot.

I don't know how to post pics, so I have asked Sticshooter to post for me.

Well don't look under the back deck. Emily told me there were snakes GALORE under there! But heck the way you been shooting them would be easy targets.<><

Kudo's to WTA for a well organized event....lots of very good shooters and a high pressure format, makes the WTA Championship a class tournament.

I forgot to mention, one of the best lessons that Rod was able to give was to our son Austin.  It came down to the final four, and Rod & Austin were paired up against each other.  The coach was able to show the student how to perform under pressure.

Thanks Again Rod.....

Glad you made it back safe & sound....
