Went out stump shooting this morning in the Klondike Forest in Amboy, NY. Perfect morning for a walk and plenty of stumps.

This was the first time my wife went out for a walk with me while stumping. Although she seemed to enjoy it, she still doesn't want to give it a try. I'll have to work on that a little.

Hi Ron,
Actually, honest to God and my wife is my witness, the second to last pic was about 80 yards! I paced it off. I can't hit anything at 15 yards, though. Last year I shot at the same dead tree and hit it about 15 feet up. I had to bring my ladder to get the arrow.

Now that's fun. That one took two shots, grizzly no doubt.

I got a point for that stuffed bear all right. My buddy adkmountain ken lent me a big, about 300 grain thumper head at the Rockwood stump shoot that would do the trick! I forgot to give it back when we were done. Sorry Ken, but I will put it to good use

Ron, are you talking about the blunt or the Teddy bear?
