How many of you would like to see Carbon ILF limbs from Centaur Archery?

Jim, this is just a personal opinion but, there are already so many different ILF options out there. Your bows are unique, beautiful pieces of work and one of a kind! Do what you think is best.    :D

      :archer:  They would sell, but you do build a special bow now that you and you alone are known for.

Your product has a great reputation, if you think the response would warrant your time, I would say go for it! Next question.....recurve or longbow limbs??
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Jim,  You make a great bow and I know you would make great ILF limbs as well.  I say if you want to do it go for it.  I think you should make an ILF riser for your limbs as well.

you are a master at your trade. anything you put out is going to have a following. i bet theres a bunch of guys that would have interest. i bet theres a bunch of folks who'd love to see a centaur recurve or a 3pc longbow too. whatever you decide to do at the end of the day you still belong to the elite, best of the best bowyers out there...and your just a young fellow still.

I would be very excited about that news, especially if you are making a riser too...or even just a three piece...doesn't have to be ILF.   :bigsmyl:

My thoughts, if you can meet the growing needs of the ILF market and through this perhaps break into new business opportunities then go for it. Just remember if you can't meet the demand i.e.: reasonable waiting times, you will not really do anything to grow your product's visibility nor availability. This untoward consequence will only alienate you and Centaur from your growing customer base.  Finally, as you obviously know, don't compromise your quality for quantity.

A ILF to me personally is a step toward or back to a compound with all the adjustment's. A trad bow to me is one you string up, check the brace and nock....then go shootin. Not my cup of tea, and purely only my small opinion. But if you tackle it I am sure it will be top notch. I wish you the best on it !!

Another great choice from one of the best product lines available.

Nothing wrong with that.

No doubt I would love a set of ILF limbs made by you. I totally disagree about if it ain't broke don't fix it, you would just be opening up for many more folks to use one of your great products. A riser would be nice to go with a set of limbs though. Shawn

I think it would be an awesome addition to your business.  I don't think there is that many high performance ILF longbow limbs out there compared to recurve.  I say go for it!!!!!!

The choices for high performance ILF longbow limbs are pretty limited right now. Besides there's a big price gap between the low end Korean made limbs and the higher end custom limbs. So more choices are always welcome.

Jim,

Without adding any additional commentary I would not have any use for a ILF setup.  I prefer your balance of Traditional and modern performance.
Everything I have and have become is due to the Lord and his great mercy.

I removed the "Don't fix what ain't broke" comment as the more I thought about it, it just didn't fit. My apologies to anyone whom it may offended.   :bigsmyl:
