Arrows for St.Jude's!
« on: May 10, 2013, 10:11:00 AM »
Wilderness Custom Arrows and Surewood Shafts 9the best douglas fir shafts available and preferred by many discriminating archers and hunters) have combined to offer one dozen custom arrows (your design and specs) for the winner...all for St.Jude's and the children who need our help.
I will work with you on selecting spine, if necessary, design cresting, selecting point weight, fletching style, etc. I will also pay shipping anywhere in lower 48.
God bless,
  David

what David\\'s competition looks like

David, that's a great gesture and your work is second to none.  Here's your arrows competition on the first auction listing for this year (which you've seen already).  So, if my arrows from you raise more than your arrows listed above, I'll add another $25 to the Paypal cash donations to St. Judes. If your arrows raise more, I'll put $50 additional Paypal cash in.    Good luck in outdoing yourself.    ;)     :D

Are footed shafts an option ???????   :goldtooth:

Might be worth something extra if that was an option.......................................................,........................................... Just saying...
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

PS David,
I think you need to list your donation above on the 'listing' forum of the auction to have it officially put on the auction.

Hmmmm, I see Snag is trying to up his bid for the little competition.  The red and gray barred feathers are his competition (well of course Snag did all the hard work on the arrow shafting, I just fletched them). I've already bagged up the Bear razorheads and bleeder blades, since I have it on pretty good authority that someone is bidding at least $100 on my arrows.

Just remember, Snag's are on auction 2 and mine are on auction 1.  Snag's are custom made to order for winning bidder and mine have to fit one of your bows and arrow length. Bonus cash to St. Jude's as listed at the beginning of this thread, depending on which listing gets the highest bid.

Remember these pictures are just some examples. The winner will determine color of stain, crown, cresting and fletching, as well as, spine weight and point weight. The shafts will be "Premium" Surewood Shafts douglas fir! Thanks Surewood!!!
Thanks, David
