Spine-O- Meter
« on: August 29, 2007, 09:08:00 AM »
I recently purchased one of these spine testers from one of our Assoc. Sponsors...goes by "Cupcake" on here. I ordered late Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday morning!!! I've been using it the past couple of days, and can say for sure this is a quality product that will last...solid oak for the base and one can tell right off, lots of attention to detail...with a measuring range of 20-200lbs. Awesome customer service...Kevin went out of his way to help get this to me in a hurry. He was a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Kevin...great product.

Kevin is one fine engineer, that's for sure. Oh, and rest assured, we've been giving him grief over his TG handle!  :readit:

Thanks to all of you for the compliments on the Spine-O-Meter.  It all started because I wanted to make wood arrows.  I haven't made any arrows yet - funny.

Bjorn, I had a bit of a delay, your unit shipped today.

Kevin the spine meter arrived today. What a beautiful piece of 'archery art'. I could put this in my living room without the wife's OK. Assembled it w/o the instructions and accuracy is spot on. BTW what's with the Robertson  screws? Very Canadian-eh?
This baby is worth every penny guys.

I've only spined about 300 shafts so far and it is great.  Was kind of clumsy with the zero adjustment screw (my other tester adjustment is on the right hand side) but now find it is easier to use and like Bjorn said, it's worth every penny.
