I'll vouch for Josh at OliverStacy as well. He made me a perfect D10 string for my Savannah. He got the end loops just right and the string is quiet and fast! Josh really knows how to twist up a beauty.

I've been more than pleased with the strings I've gotten from Chad at "Champion Custom Bowstrings". The last few have been Flemish 8190. Very nicely made and they last a
long
time.

IDK if champion customs is making strings yet, but try this guy as well. I have owned several angel strings from him and his work is perfect, the serving jobs are nice and can be and last.

I still like D-97, it is the best for me and Josh makes all my strings. He and Chad make some sweet strings for sure! Shawn

I have used D97 strings for 15yrs because that is the material that Bob Sarrels puts on his bows and almost all of my bows are Sarrels bows. I recently changed to D10 and like it a lot and will be using it from now on.
BTW, I build my own strings so I cannot recommend a string maker.
