An Omen!!??
« on: August 29, 2007, 04:23:00 PM »
Well my Bud Mitch [Gator] sent me his new 54" Treadway longbow to check out for a few days. Any way I put a 1916 aluminum into a 35/55 Gold Tip Traditional a perfect Robin Hood. Then when I came out of the house with the camera what was on the deck low and behold a dragonfly . Funny that's Mike Treadways emblem on his bows. Strange but true. Could it be an Omen!!?? The bow is a little beauty too all Boo limbs [cores and veneers] and a cocoabolla riser. Nice! I thought it was a little kids bow at first. It's no little kids bow for sure! Thanks Mitch!!

Hope you keep that fine shooter Tom. I'd say this bow could have a lot of good MOJO. Hope I get a chance to try her out.

A friend of mine had just purchased a treadway used bow. Not ever seeing one I found myself asking , what's with the Dragon fly?

Then a couple days later I see your post...

Dang right! It has got to be an omen....

Get that thing into the hunting woods buddy!
