I received my deer refund this week. No elk yet. I applied for points only, so no disappointment  just getting back my money after letting CO use it for awhile.

None of mine back yet...I always try to get to the mailbox before my wife as this is just between me and CO DNR. No need for her to see our little relationship until I draw    :biglaugh:

Received mine yesterday and promptly put it back in my "hunting trip" account.  No sign of the elk refund yet.

So you live in colorado and have to apply for a tag to hunt in your own state? You just cant go buy a license and bowhunt deer? Forgive me for my ignorance but I have never hunted out west.

All deer tags in CO are draw, elk you can apply for a limited unit and if you don't draw you can buy a tag for an over the counter (OTC) unit.

I drew my deer tag. My son didn't. It will be my first year in a tree stand.
