Last week I bought a new Gamemaster II so I need some new arrows.
This morning started a little mini vacation so what better way to spend it than bare-shafting some 400 spine carbons. I tweaked and trimmed and finally satisfied myself that I was right on. So I fletched up the six arrows with tape and let the glue dry on the ends for a few hours.
So now I head to the backyard and guess what. On the second half dozen shots I ROBINHOOD one of my new arrows. I mean a real robinhood, both in the center ring.
Dang Gamemaster shoots like a dream. Oh well, these were just some bargain arrows my local shop sold me to get started. I am moving up in weight and my other arrows were too weak. Dang, now I need some more arrows.
As for the Gamemaster. We measured both the 45lb. and 50lb. versions in stock, at AMO 28 inches, and they each drew 4lbs. heavier. I chose the 45 and my 30 inch draw puts me up at 54-55lbs.
