Apples to oranges. Try them both figure out which one your form and shooting style serves best.

Best of luck.

Either would be just fine.

Zippers are real hotrods and deserve their name.  Unique/one of a kind riser/grip design as well.  Never had a Tines but wouldn't mind trying one for the right price.

I just received my first Tall Tines in the mail on Friday.  I've been shooting it all weekend, and I absolutely love it.  It's the best shooting (and most forgiving) bow I've ever shot.

Akin to pitting a high end Sworovski against a high end Zeiss. Both are outstanding binocs so individual preference excluding price gets the nod.

Ex. Pair #1 weighs 20 oz
....Pair #2 weighs 24 oz.
Pair #1 gets my vote for taking to the field since I personally dislike carrying additional wt that provides realistic advantage.

Only you can discern which is the better fit.

I have no experience with Zipper Bows so I can't say much about them.  I am shooting a Tall Tines these days & see no reason to switch.  Fits my hand perfectly, smooth, quiet, etc.  Nothing but good things to say.

thinking Tall Tines...but from no other reason than remember more of them that I liked their looks than the other.  :)

The Zipper has the best grip that I have ever experienced.

Zipper for me. I shoot Bill Dunn's bows better than anything else. I suggest trying both bows out though.

I have shot both, and they are both amazing in their own right (I'm speaking of the bows and the Bowyers, Bill and Brian).  That being said, I had an order in for a Tall Tines already, and wasn't in the market for a new bow.  I was just tire kicking at the Kalamazoo show and shot just about every bow there and after shooting my TT, I don't see myself getting a new bow anytime soon.

Both are excellent bows! I've shot both in many different models and prefer the Zipper's overall. It's just my personal preference. You may like either one better. It really is better to shoot them and then decide. For me the decision goes to Bill and Tracy. Great people to deal with at both places!

Just my .02 cents,
-Charlie

I've gone through four Zipper recurves and each one was a performer, easy to draw, very quiet, great grip and above all excellent service. I'm o longbow, self bow shooter so I don't shoot recurves much at all these days but if I were looking fo a recurve I would start with Zipper.

I have owned both. Still own a Zipper SXT with evolution recurve limbs, that I will never get rid of. I prefer the grips on the Zippers.

Both shoot a multitude of arrow spines very well.
Both shoot well when not held with perfect target form.
Both are fast.
Zipper is a little smoother on the draw
Both have no shock.

Both are top shelf bows. Can't do much better.
