opinions on stotler bows- Gamegetter LB's
« on: June 28, 2013, 12:03:00 PM »
I'm posting this for a buddy at work Edwin who currently owns an old martin Bushmaster that might be too heavy, he likes the look of the stotler LB's because they look different from all the others. I had one about 20yrs ago for a couple weeks but don't remember how it shot..  if anyone owns or had shot the current gamegetter being made by the bowyer at stotler now can you post your opinions, thanks T.

I killed my first 2 bull elk with my Stotler.  The draw stroke and feel of that bow is what I use to evaluate any new LB I buy.  Mine is 62# @ 28" 66"NTN.

Jeff at Stotler is doing fantastic work. I prefer straightlimbed bows, but my Stotler game getter is fantastic. Very smooth draw, quick, good mass for stability.  They are great bows. Your friend will be very happy if he choses to go that route.

wow okay I'm at work tomorrow so I'll show my buddy these,, he's not set up with a PC yet only an older phone but he'll be coming on board.

Brian, no offence but you didn't have to show up with the Berry's in your sig like that again, I've been trying to avoid you ha ha ha..

The
Stotler is a foreward long riser bow. I like that.
they also have a very unique take down system.
Since I have never shot one I cannot honestly comment on the rest but they look like a well designed bow.

God bless, Steve
