Toelke Chinook vs Stalker Dingo???

I have a thread on here at the moment asking about Bowyers with a short waiting list. I had a really good response - so thanks to those who took the time to write.
I have waded through the suggestions and have got it down to two bows that I like. I know one is a recurve and one a R/D longbow, but I like them for the grips - they look exactly like what I want.
Has anybody shot both bows and can you give me some comparisons? It is a bit hard living so far away from the States - almost impossible for me to get my hands on one without handing over the spondooliks. I guess the only way to narrow it down is to ask lots of questions.

You mentioned in an earlier thread that you had a Whip and liked it-you will like the Chinook grip as well. Dan made me a 60" Chinook when he brought the bow out. Describing one of Dan's bow's manners is somewhat akin to a broken record but the Chinook like all the others is smooth-drawing, dead-in-the-hand stable and ridiculously quiet. It is also quite fast, at my 29" draw mine chronographed slightly over 10 to 1 arrows at 185 f.p.s. but it was still quieter than it was fast.

Thanks Jim - good information. I just need a report on the Dingo bow - I really like the look of the grip on that one.

I have a Stalker Renegade which has been renamed the Dingo XT, the grip is unlike any longbow grip and the bow is a great shooter, a very mild bow to shoot. I had a Chinook and the craftsmanship is a tad better than the Stalker but not by much. I prefer the smaller Toelke tips over the larger Stalker tips, but the Grip on the Stalker is a great grip.
