Anyone done this? If so, how? Just barge cement? Got some pieces from tabs I have cut off that fit the shelf of my longbow pretty dang well! Thought I may give it a try.

I put Cordovan on both the shelf and the side plate of my go to bow. I like it! It really changed the tune of the bow though. I had to go to heavier points or lighter spine arrow to bring my point of impact back to the center from far left. The velcro I had on there was starting to wear out. I don't think the Cordovan will wear out for long time.
The other good thing about Cordovan is the more you used it the slicker it gets.

If you have a Michaels art store around you try a product call peal and stick.....very good stuff. It's a thin filament of double sided tape.

We have been making a cordovan rest/side plate for several years. In fact I need to make up some more for ETAR.

2fletch, are they adhesive backed, or require barge cement or something else? I saw the beaver tail rest/side plate on your website too and both have me intrigued! They are just what I have been looking for.
