POC arrow selection

Looking for a little input on a what spine POC I might need for a #60 Bear Montana? I draw 29" and use a 125gr head.
'Aim small. Miss small.'

Fast Flight or Dacron string?  With Dacron and a 30" arrow I would lean toward 60-65.  The Montana is not cut to center but the extra 2" arrow length is a balancing factor.  If you use a low stretch string like Fast Flight or DF97 (factory string from Bear) I would go up to 65-70.
