Thunderchild is back home!
«
on:
August 01, 2013, 10:03:00 AM »
At ETAR I had the pleasure to meet with BigJim and pickup my Thunderchild I asked him to refinish.
Last year, I slipped and felt on a ridge for a few hundred feet. It was embarrassing, and it dinged "Chameleon". Nothing bad, but I must say I like the eye candy factor in a bow.
So it was like picking a new bow!
The back:
The belly
The coin:
Beaver tail handle and new rest:
Wonderful work, I am happy!

I love the new rest the Gentle Giant put on, we did shot under a severe downpour at Denton and still it looks brand new!
Tristan I will try to be more careful

I will have to say, After Manny fell and I knew he was ok, it was pretty funny. I was there for the unveiling of the bow. It is incredible. Good thing Manny shoots way to much weight for me or I would have played a joke and took the bow home with me
:p
It turned out exceptional.
