Eclipse Werewolf Broadheads...anybody?
« on: August 10, 2013, 03:05:00 PM »
I ordered a few single bevel 150gr Werewolf braodheads to take on a caribou hunt this september and wanted to see if anybody had used them yet? or input on performance?

Seem to be at a very nice deal 6 for 90dlls.

I am taking some 150gr silverflame's as well, which is what I usually hunt with.

They are a great head. I have a couple buddies in cali that have used them on hogs and deer with great success. Plus Blake is a great guy who stands beside his product. Lifetime warranty, can't beat that.

Thanks

Great heads.  However, the set we had needed a little sharpening out of the package.  That said, Hunter put down two deer with the heads a couple years back.  If they came in a glue on model I would probably try them.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
