I just want to let my (feather) grinding customers know that I apologize for the delay's experienced. I have had to take on a full time job to help make ends meet and it's put me behind on processing your orders. I truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding in this matter. I grind every night and just about every free minute I have. If there is anyone who is unhappy and wants their feathers returned, please contact me through a pm (so that names and orders match) and I will ship them back to you. I am in no way quitting, I am just way behind as taking care of my family is my top priority, but I promis you I'm working as hard as I can to get caught up.
