Jay Campbell longbow book
« on: August 26, 2013, 10:29:00 PM »
I just finished his book,I really enjoyed it.I had already read some of his stories in traditional bowhunter magazine. This is a good book I would recommend to anyone. At the end of the book,it has a preview of the first chapter in his next book.Said to be released in the fall of 2013,I challenge anyone to read this sample and not want to buy his next book!

Fully agree.  One of the best bowhunting books ever.  I'd read a lot of Jay's stories over the years, and love that although it is all bowhunting related, the book encompasses so much more that we experience in life.  I'll be the first to order any book he writes.

I'm rereading it now.

I know amazon has it, but check some sponsors.  Chances are some carry it.

I have several copies still available on the Simply Traditional Website if anyone needs a copy. I do my best to keep my cost in line with other retailers.

I think I am a few bucks less than Amazon right now. If you like I can ship media mail and save a bit on shipping. Just place your order and send me a PM or email that you want the slower shipping and I will refund any overages on shipping. (If you combine with other items media mail might not be possible)

Wow. Thanks so much, from Karen and me. I'm in Miami working, and Karen is sailing our live-aboard trawler, Largo, through the keys to meet me later this week. Busy preparing to shove off for South America and new adventures sometime next year or so. You can see lots of pictures in color from the book at  www.campbellsquest.com,  but unfortunately, not of Jukebox. As Don Davis notes, that is a hell of a turkey. :-) "Simply Traditional" (above) is a great place to buy it, and all the trad vendors carry it, plus Amazon. Again, thank you all for the kind words. -  Jay and Karen Campbell

Great book. I had to read it slow to take it all in. BTW, it was nice meeting you and Karen at TBOF.
