#12 Center Cut/Strike Plate Position  what do I enter here...I have a Quinn Stallion.  do I enter the bows 3/16 passed center cut? or do I enter what the measurement is with my NAP flipper rest and furniture pad installed?

Quinn Stallion 50# @ 28"

IIRC the Stallion is 5/16" past center. If your strike plate is 1/8" thick, you would enter -3/16".

I would think you would enter the distance from center of where your arrow rests.
60" Bear Super K LH 40#@28
69" Matt Meacham LH 42@28
66" Swift Wing LH 35@28
54" Java Man Elk Heart LH 43@28

You would enter the measurement from where your flipper rest is.
