The video on maintenance was useful, as I was busted last year in a blind when a buck came around from the back of the blind and started grazing about 6' in front of the blind. I made a slight movement to get my bow in position and straighten up for a shot while the buck's head was down and I hoped it was occupied with chewing, but the chair creaked and the buck was gone before I could get a shot off. Frankly, with a buck that close, I probably should have just kept still and hoped it would move a little further away, but I was wondering how it had managed to circle my blind without smelling me, and I was sure i would be busted one way or the other if I waited much longer. But I'm still going to do whatever I can to try to get any creaks out of the chair before I use it again.
