Help with quieting Boa Quiver
«

Hey guys, any tips on quieting the Boa strap-on quivers? It makes the bow quieter but the rubber straps seem to have a "bang" to them at release. I usually cut the straps down pretty short, just above my cinch hole for the strap. Just curious if anyone wraps something around the rubber strap or some other method. Thanks,
J

I tuck the tail back in behind and put a rubber band around them

Tough to describe but I pull the lower strap out some more and wrap it first then the top, you'll have double going over the limb. Less slap that way.

Bobs way works or you can do as I do and use some black electrical tape and wrap it around to hold strap down. Shawn

The straps are adjustable. Take the quiver off and the strap can be tightened up, it is not necessary to cut the straps.

Ive never had an issue with noise.
Ive owned two and always thought they were one of the most secure set ups.
