Thanks for all the advice.  I called Sworski and they will clean/refurbish my binoculars for free..  Garmin said outer case is water resitant and ok to start with Dawn on a rag to clean.  All my knives, bow hanger, anything metal I all ready scrubed with Dawn.  Hats, gators, gloves anb pack I threw out.  Thanks to Trad Gang I found my replacement fanny pack...Badland RT.
