Well it's was a nice cool morning in the woods , the elk where moveing around and I had may blind set up on a main trial . Had 9 cow and a 5x5 at 45 yards to my left , and more up the hill . And the ones up the hill started down the trial feeding slowing . The elk to my left started mewing . And all at once the bull from up the hill strat running down the trial making all kinds of noise . And the lead cow is ahead of him
And she walk buy at 25 yards a stop in my shooting lane . The old bear bow send the 2117 on it way she go to turn and the arrow hit her in neck and droping her in her tracks. It was a long day getting her out and clean up .
