Full velvet from the ground
«
on:
September 15, 2013, 07:22:00 PM »
3pm this afternoon my honey hole paid off.
8 yard shot on a 5 point in full velvet.
There were three does with him. Made a perfect
Shot behind the shoulder, Both lungs.
50# grizzly with Beamon ICS 500's. a muzzy
Phantom 200 grain two blade up front.
He went about 60 yards and piled up.
I am excited, been trying to kill one from the ground
For a while with my recurve.
Can't post pics from my phone for some reason.
