New Toelke Kestral...I Named it "Pistachio"
« on: September 17, 2013, 10:06:00 AM »
I just received this true work of art from Dan and man is it a looker and shooter.  52" and 45# @ 28". I told Dan to surprise me with one that has a lot of character and he did not disappoint me. Myrtle riser and veneers with Pistachio accents/overlays (thus the name); what a beauty.  Smooth as butter and casts my CE Heritage 150's with authority.  I'll post more pics soon.

Gorgous veneers!

Kestrals are really sweet shooting for such a short bow.

Good luck with it!

VERY nice looking bow Doug, congrats. And IMHO the name you chose fits perfectly.

Let me know if you ever get "bored" with it, I can give her a nice home on my rack right next to the MOAB you sold me a few years back  :D   Enjoy the pretty new girl.
