My comment on the shot placement was not to diminish Gio's accomplishment at all.. And I appoligize if any feelings were hurt..

I just didn't want any new hunters thinking that was the ideal spot to shoot for even though it did put the deer down.

Gio- my apologies as well.  Any shot that puts one on the ground is a good shot and I wasn't meaning to dimish your success.  Like Pat, I was quick to comment that it wasn't truly a perfect shot- hoping to impress on any "new" hunters that their "aiming" point should not be where you hit yours.  I hope you agree...
