Dink's targets?

Just wondering if anyone has used these? They are pretty inexpensive, just wondering how woodies hold up when shot thru these, and if I would be able to shoot broadheads into them?

Duane's targets are great! I get a new hog from him every year. I basically shoot the poor thing in half then tell him I want my money back 'cause his target "broke".
I use a backstop but some of the smaller possums, foxes, squirrels etc. are very hard foam. I don't think any small foam target will hold up very long to BHD shootin' though.

Thanks for the heads up Ron! I have a Rinehart 18-1 that i've almost shot in half and looking for something new. Are the targets pretty easy on wood arrows?

I've got a few and the kids and I just started shooting at them. Great service from Dinks Feather Shop. BTW...I had h
them build me some woodies and do they look sharp and fly great.
The closed cell foam targets are really fun on the range, the paint jobs are realistic and well done. They stop my carbons just fine. I'm assuming they would not harm the woodies.
I agree that broadheads are best shot into the Rinehart. I haven't seen anything tougher for broadheads.

Duane has two different densities of foam. Some of the smaller targets are hard as a rock. The large hogs I get from him are pretty soft though. Plan to use something as a backstop because you'll be shootin through them pretty quick using BHDs.
Very cool targets that are really fun to shoot at though. My son and I have a mini range in the back yard with everything from the big hog to rabbits set up. The only shafts I've broken are ones that missed but I'm shooting carbon. I'll let Duane know you're asking.

If you check under the sponsors drop down menu, its called Dinks Feather Shop. I'll speak with my wife, see if we could order a couple! I've almost shot my Rinehart in half these last 3 years

I bought several of his targets during the Cloverdale Nationals.
His targets are great, fine for any type arrow.
( I only use fieldpoints though)
The kids and I have had loads of fun shooting them all summer. The rolling discs are a huge hit!
I also purchased a dozen custom barrel tapered cedars from him. They are matched well and fly great!

The smaller ones, javalina, fox, rabbit, groundhog, squirrel etc. are hard foam. I use two wood stakes in the ground and make 4 small slits in the target and insert two electrical ties to loosely hold the target on the stakes. Then I can just pull it off the stakes, put it flat, stand on it and pull the arrows. I don't shoot them with bhs though.

Glad you brought this up, I had never seen these before. I have a bunch of 3D targets in my yard, and I just ordered several to add to the mix, my 2 year old granddaughter loves to pet the deer and pig. Got her first bow for her birthday with some suction cup arrows, She is going to love these, and I am sure all the big boys will like the new additions, good to have a lot of variety!
