Bow Hush Review
« on: September 18, 2013, 07:48:00 PM »
seldom do I take the time to post product reviews. However, I feel in this case it is warranted. I just got through installing Bow Hush & Bow Puppies on my PSA Widow.  Incredible!!!!!   I would have never guessed some New Zealand wool would make that much difference. Terry and the girls do a great job making both these products. Even the small details of gluing the ends and providing detailed instructions is refreshing in today's world.  Thanks for two great products that I'll be using for now on.  If you haven't tried both these products you're missing out!!!!!

So what took you soooo long?

Just kidding. I went down the same path as you.  Just got a package in the mail yesterday from the Bow Hush ladies with lot's of both in it.  Some are going to my good hunting buddy as his birthday present and some will be going on my 1957 Kodiak when the new strings arrive.

I rolled some up last night and tied them with fishing line and slipped them in between the string. They were much faster to put in,but made a ball instead of the neat looking cathead. They seem to quiet the string just as good though.

The more they get wet, then dried and exposed to the weather in general the more they puff out.  Good stuff.

I may be a little weird, but I like to mix the colors when I install 'em.
