This should have been posted a few weeks ago!

I have been very fond of every zipper I have owned, but have a particular SXT riser that was one of the first Bill made. It has a thinner grip, and just fits my hand better than any other bow out there.

In late July to my dismay, my riser cracked alog a lamination line, and my stomach hit the floor.

I emailed and called Bill in panc, and even with his busy schedule he took the time to talk to me and reassure me he would take care of it.

Not only did Bill go above and beyond by fixing my riser, but I was happy to (and offered to pay him) and he declined. He let me know it might be a month or so before I saw it, I HAD MY RISER BACK IN HALF THAT TIME!

Bill even took the time to call twice (on the weekend) about the finish, and wanted to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. Unbelievable customer support!

My riser looks better than new, and needless to say I am thankful. (And have a brand new SXT on order that will be made with cococolo and  aged Yew from Idaho Curt)

There are many wonderful people in our sport, and I feel blessed to be a small part of our great community. It is people lik Bill and Tracy that make it what it is!!

Being a full time bowyer with a sizable waiti list, and taking Grizzly broadheads under his careful watch and bringing them back with huge improvements,, it would be understandable to have a longer wait with fewer calls and emails.  THANK YOU BILL! You go above and beyond every day. Setting a standard higher than needed, and being a genuine great guy as well.

Good folks to deal with.....not a bad product either.

I don't own a zipper but I've spoke with Bill on a few occasions and he is a super guy and have nothing but respect for him.   Great to have people in the trad community like Bill and Tracy.

The best part of this is that neither Bill or Tracy consider this kind of thing as "going above and beyond"... To them it's simply the right thing to do. Two of the best right there!

Thanks for the pat on the back, Tyler. I do appreciate it but its not necessary. This little saying comes to mind "take care of the people who take care of you".As I recall you have taken good care of us over the years.

I've only talked to Bill a couple times, but you can tell the caliber of person he is right away.
