Black Widow Customer Support... A+

I bought a used PCH X a while back, it had a couple of blemishes in the finish on either end of the Zircote riser.  I contacted Roger at Black Widow and wondering what the cost would be to repair these blemishes and get side mount quiver inserts installed.  To my surprise, just the cost of shipping!  

I sent it off, and received it back in short order...  And truthfully you wouldn't know this wasn't a brand new riser.  Awesome work, and customer service... well above and beyond in my book.

A sincere thank you again Roger, and the whole Black Widow crew!

Roger, John, and Toby are great guys to deal with! When I ordered my longbow from them they were very patient and helpful with my wood choices plus they got my bow done 3 weeks sooner then they originally thought they would! Top Notch Service!

I've never been involved with a company of any sort that could match black widows customer service, I have several similar stories . . These guys make a excellent product and back it up with thier customer service. It makes you feel like part of the black widow family.......
