Well I had one of the best hunts, seen lots and lots of bear while on stand. Pretty exciting moments. A sow with 2 cubs came in, after trying to get rid of them for over an hour they finally went behind my tree. A minute later I hear a bit of a growl then all heck breaks loose, 2 bears get into a full on bear fight a few feet from my tree, cubs running up trees as fast as they could. I tell ya kinda freaked me out with all the action especially when I didn't know the 2nd bear was there. After the sow with cubs split the other sow came into the bait and I couldn't resist, arrowed her at about 12 yards! I love bear hunting!

Way to go! If i was able, a bear hunt would be on the top of my list. What bow are you shooting? It looks like a 50's or 60's style.Maple sight window and glass about the color of a 59 grizzy.

I love all the surprises bear hunting brings....but never had 2 bears fighting under my stand. That had to be quite a show!

Well Done Joe.  I was just thinking how your bear hunt was shaping up!

Congrats its a fine bear!

BTW, I disagree with everyone else.  That is one disgusting looking bow.  Best you box it  up and send it to me to escape years of future ridicule  ;)    :p
