Hmmm I've actually been subscribed to you on YouTube for awhile and was looking through your vids today and saw I hadn't watched this one yet. Then I get on TG and there you are! Haha great video! Thanks!

Clay,

Nice job on the video! And how to use that tarp, i like that simple set up!

I bought a nice tarp for when I took my son to the BWCA but we used it as a cover and not for sleeping and knowing different ways to rig them and also knots are so handy. For those looking for nice light weight tarps take a look at Kondos outdoors or custom Cooke sewing.

If packing it in look at either silnylon or if you want the ultimate in lite weight cuben material.   For long treks I use trekking poles so I sty my shelter up with those instead of cutting poles.  Los of good info at backpackinglight.com

Clay,

Very nice job!  Tarps are a great way to go.

A minor thing...you may want to double check your spelling on the video.  Anglers is "Anlers"

I look forward to seeing more of your quality videos.

Canadian Idle, I just uploaded the second in the series and posted it on PowWow.  It's on fire building.
