Nice but IT wish they would go back to the type one grip. It,s like holding an axe head with that narrow grip!

Looks good!  How did you end up with a pre-production experimental B-handle?

Missaukee,
That photo is great. If it is an accurate depiction of what one looks like, then Bear has another winner. Bear TDs are great bows. I can't wait to see one of those in person.

I think it looks OK, however for the price I don't know that I wouldn't take that money keep saving and put it towards a custom.

I vote "yes" on looks.

Personally, I think Bear has done pretty well the past few years with their bows.  I have a couple TD's (2011 & 2012) and a '59 and have no complaints.

They keep on getting better looking! I liked the 2011 Black and the all Bubinga in 2012 and 2013. I had both and sold/traded them.

This one might bring be back.

I like that one. Hope it looks more like the one pictured here than the one on the site.

Not my bow, I just got a hold of the picture.

vtmtnman - The recent Bear T/D's do not have a skinny grip,it isn't bulky, but more like a Grayling type II. Try and find someone with one made this year and see what you think.

A '68 Super K would be cool!!

Definitely on my want list-looks even better than pictured on the website.

I also noticed that bear is offering the '59 Kodiak in a satin version.  Now if they would just offer it in a 64" version.

I finally got my 2014 two tone Bear take down in.  "B" riser with #1 limbs.  Most of my Bears are 50-65 pounds but I went a lot lighter with this one.  I wanted something that I could shoot in the off season and use during indoor season.  It is 42 pounds at my draw length.

I have the new two tone and to my eyes it's quite nice looking., particularly if you shine it with some wax. I think Bubinga looses it's iridescent quality if it's matte finished.  The shooting qualitis are excellent. One gripe though. After all these years Bear has not yet figured out how to finish a limb that doesn't develop stress lines.  They showed up after a couple of hundred shots and I only draw 26.5" on the 60" length, braced at 8.5".  Unbelievable, considering the money they charge for the bow.
