Can't wait for Tuesday. I'm hunting Steuben County in the far west side of the state. Great hunting and some amazing bucks!

I am tickled that one of my work projects will be completed this week and the next one is in November, giving me a gap in the work to get into the woods.

Very cool Ken. I have a couple pics to email you so you can post them if you don't mind. Shot one this am @ 9:58. Smallest deer I have ever taken but 1st one with the Longbow. 16 yards and watched her for a while. She was definitely on her own. She had a bullet hole through her side the size of a 22. Glad I decided to take her before she had issues from it.

Thanks RonP and good luck all.

I did my last pre-season walk this morning and all looks good.  Jumped three (saw no antlers) but the travel sign is good.  Early yet for rubs or scrapes.

Just give me one good frost before Saturday to kill the mosquitoes!

Congrats Steve.  I CAN'T STAND THE WAIT!!!  Tuesday morning can't get here fast enough, forecast shows a west wind so I'm headed for the apple stand.  About 13' high with good cover from a lot of vines and briars and shots in the 12-16yd range.
