My three year old and me
« on: October 01, 2013, 02:55:00 PM »

Having a fun day at the huntin shack, no deer, but a lot of questions.  As she rake leaves she tells me she loves me as big the sky, cause I let her go with me in the deer stand.  Don't get much better than that.

That's awesome. I had my kids in the treestand when they were growing up too. My mom gave treats to my son one trip. M&M's I think. He was dropping them on the stand and ground. He is 32years old now and we still laugh about it. Great memories.

That's great, started taking my daughter hunting & fishing when she was three. She's thirty now!
Enjoy while you can, time flies!

My closest friend is a 66 year old DINK (double income, no kids) last month he was in Alaska for 10 days fishing.  In 3 weeks he and his wife will be if Africa goofing off.  but he has never gotten to have a day like you've just shared...in my opinion has missed it ALL.

Just perfect. Savor all the moments.....
When a man shoots with a bow it is own vigor of body that drives the arrow,  his own mind controls the missile's flight......His trained muscles and toughened thews have done the work
