Connected in Maryland!!

Managed to take a heavy body 7 point last evening in Maryland. I was shooting my 59# whippenstick longbow. GT shafts and VPA 200. Hit him just in front of the shoulder. Clipped the top of the heart. Blood trail looked like a crime scene. Took the file and jewelstick to the head and she is razor sharp and ready for the next one. I thought the head actually bent but somehow the insert was bent inside the shaft. Head is in perfect shape. That was my first kill with the VPA and I was very impressed. Kudos to my Lawman for helping me get him out last night. I'm working on pics. Thanks. Bill
