Moots, you might want to think about gettin one of his forward handle bows, Iam no expert yet, but, they compare favorably to any of the RD bows I've owned. Be sure and post a pic of your Vixen. Mike

Moots,
It's dangerous to call James, everytime I do I end up on the list again. My wife has tried to have his number blocked from my phone LOL.

My monitor went out so this is the first day I have looked at Trad Gang for awhile. Just like to say "Happy Birthday Mike" and Happy Shooting.  :archer2:

Thanks, I appreciate that. I left a treat for you but don't know if James was willing to share.LOL Love the Morning star, getting used to the grip but almost automatic now. These bows are a "hoot to shoot." Can't wait for the Vixen. Mike

I am looking forward to getting my hands on a new "Northstar".

It was such a thrill to shoot the "Bumblebee" it's hard to dream of anything else.

I hope to be fully recovered from my episode with a nasty tick bite in time to hunt the late season with something so special.

God bless,Mudd

PS: It's taking some extra effort to build the muscles back. It's amazing how quickly we can lose muscle tone.

The "Bumble Bee" bow I spoke of was a short 62" "Northstar".

I never dreamed that a bow that short could be that smooth.

It made me drool over the thought of that same bow bow but in a longer length.(66")

God bless,Mudd

She's smooth alright... and quiet thanks to James' design and your Musk ox fur...
I am going to report on it as soon as I can kill a fall Turkey with it.

Glad to hear that you are up and at'em Mudd
