Well this was one of the most beautiful nights in the woods I have had all year. The colors are getting very nice.

No on-stand sightings tonight but on the way back to the truck I saw a few on a ridge with the setting sunlight behind them.

What leftyfred said X10 !!! Some of my best hunts were no game taken but totally enjoyed God's creation, alone and in total silence. Not enough of that these days....... Seems like Fred Bear had some words along these lines too.....
