In my opinion it works better than anything else that I have tried. Try it and let us know.

tried them all, and was surprized that it made the deer run away! threw it on the ground at parking spot for someone else to try.

Can't say that I've had monsters come running to the vs-1, but I have had it get the attention of a few smaller bucks. Never had anything run away.  I do like the ever calm though. It seems to be pretty effective. Numerous times I've had deer smell that stuff and relax and hang out.  It's quite effective in high pressure areas that have a descent amount of cover. They'll be freaking out, trotting through an area (rifle season), smell that stuff, and just stop and hang out if there is cover available. Just my experience with it. I have had a few trail cam pics of descent bucks after I used the vs-1 though.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.
