unfinished howard hill bows

Anyone out there have experience with the partially finished bows from Howard Hill Archery?  How much work is left to complete and in your opinion worth the reduced cost.

Call Craig at HH archery, He will tell ya what ya want to know.
I have heard thet are pretty easy to finish, I do believe the Tiller is complete.
    I think mainly it's just finish work....

This has been discussed before - I think I posted the same question once.  Manny (I think his username is northshorelb) posted the results from his finishing one.  Do a search for that.
