OOOPPPSSS for got to add this i stumbled acros a webpage a few days ago and found out it easy to make fishglue but for the best and strongest fishglue u should use the gasbladder "airbladder" from a sturgeon fish.

Twisted, you could use Knox gelatin from the grocery store. It's high-grade hide glue. That's what my Dad used for his hornbow. Shot and scaled that beast on the weekend. Came to 75#@28". So you might say that hide glue isn't weak stuff. Kinda disgusting to know that all that jello we've eaten is mostly processed hides.

If you think that's disgusting don't ask about the crunchy stuff in fig newtons(it ain't seeds).    ;)

Probably wasp parts. Cause figs have their flowers inside and the wasps(very tiny) that pollinate have to crawl inside a small hole in the end of the fig. Some don't come back out, just extra protein and crunch. Useless trivia bit for today.

The siyahs and tips are steam bent and one piece. At about 45 deg.s .There is another 45 bend just before the siyahs, both at 8" rads.
