Springfield, MO new shooter help
« on: November 04, 2013, 10:44:00 AM »
I have a friend that has been asking about getting started in traditional shooting for a couple of years. I am going to send him a bow that was given to me a while back to get him started.

So what I was wondering is there anybody around that area that could help him get started? He is going to need arrows, I have a few that I will send along, but if you could help him get the right ones that would be great. The bow is a dual shelf Bear Alaskan #45@28", but he doesn't know his DL or anything like that. Message me here and I will get you in contact with him.

He is a pastor at a local church there, an EMT, and just spent the last year in Africa as missionary, and a knife freak.

Thank you,
Chester

Thanks, do they help a new shooter get started? Classes or anything like that?

I live 1 1/2 hours north on hwy 65.
Would be glad too have him out. Could go through everything.

Also Don Orrels  has little shoots at his place just east of Springfield  at Fordland.

Let me know. I'm up north hunting this week.

I'm open to anything including making a wood bow.
Have a small bedroom in the shop where he could stay.
