My new bow
« on: November 06, 2013, 11:18:00 AM »
found that one-piece bow is very difficult for carrying-transporting
so i call my friend and told him to make one T/D ...and ;

Hybrid T/D 62" 66#@29" ,shelf cut -3/16
wood in middle is bubinga
and darker wood is walnut
limb= walnut , in middle one layer sweet cherry
and two layers stabil core carbon

is very forgiving on spine ,easy for tuning

I love the finish. With the dark woods, it resembles the hand rubbed oil finish on high end big game rifles of yesteryear. I really like it.

Nice looking bow. Your country looks like the mountains of Virginia.
