Zippo Hand warmer..any good for hunting?

Hey Gang,
Anyone tried a zippo handwarmer..or something like it.
Looking for something that gets a little warmer than the chembags.
..and isn't disposable.
I'm afraid they might stink a lot...
..any 1st hand experience out there?
Thanks

Jon-e-warmer. Used one on a COLD campout one deer season MANY moons ago.(close to zero degrees) Put it in the foot of my sleeping bag to keep the feet warm. Sometime in the middle of the night it worked it's way out of the flannel bag and blistered the top of one of my feet. Limped around for a while afterwards. Smelly and a hassle to use. I like the chembags much better.

Hmmmmm. I know you think you understand what you thought I said, but I'm
not sure that what you heard is what I actually meant!
